Input Focus: Level 1
Level 1: (16-20) You are engaging discipling relationships well in your growth and development. You are connected to the relationship between great vision and other people’s involvement in your life. Continue to focus on these areas of your life.
Further growth might include greater openness to a non-directive coaching relationship. While you are benefiting from others involvement in your life, this piece may be beneficial as well.
Two coaching questions:
- What are your top two ways to engage discipling growth, impacting your own life, with other people?
- What do you see coming in the future we need to pay close attention to as it relates to starting new churches?
Input Focus: Level 2
Level 2: (11-15) You are demonstrating growth in your spiritual life, good job. Seeking areas of improvement are key next steps for your growth. This new growth improves your gathering work in the new church and blesses many people – not just yourself.
Next steps can include exploration of a non directive coaching relationship as well as exploration of what past processes have worked well and which ones have not. Focus on the harvest remains primary.
Two coaching questions:
- What discipling processes are and have worked well in your life resulting in spiritual growth?
- What questions are relevant in your mind in exploring a non-directive coaching relationship with a coach?
Input Focus: Level 3
Level 3: (Under 11) This area of discipled growth is weak in your life. You do well to intentionally grow in this area. This growth can take many forms. Exploration and input from other trusted friends related to recognized growth areas are beneficial.
Setting up a time to have these kind of conversations with trusted friends is a healthy next step. Evaluation of their feedback is critical and necessary as well. This focus can serve you well.
Two coaching questions:
- Who are your most trusted spiritual advisors?
- What are next steps to connecting with them?
