Vision Focus: Level 1
Level 1: (16-20) You show yourself as a person of vision and open to vision. Vision casting is a gatherer’s strength – to see what can be/could be related to a new church.
You can continue to grow in this area, as we all can. You are able to see real possibilities – help make them happen. Your own growth in this area of vision is best facilitated by your connection to your regional leader/coach.
You are a key person in helping make the regional vision happen in space and time in Jesus’ Name! Good work! You do well to continue to hone your own vision to greater and greater things – the more impossible the better.
Two coaching questions:
1. What are key parts of your region’s vision for church multiplication?
2. What is your own regional vision for starting new churches?
Vision Focus: Level 2
Level 2: (11-15) You are a person who is open to vision and church expansion. You are able to grow in this area and this growth is key to greater gathering.
The more you see Jesus doing, the more moved you are to gather. So, growth here is key. Growth for you can center by closer connection to your regional leader/coach as well as greater exploration on what church is biblically; even related to the need the harvest shows. These three areas can bring key fruit to your growth in gathering.
Three coaching questions:
1. What are key parts of your region’s vision for church multiplication?
2. What is your understanding of the need to work in the harvest fields for Jesus?
3. What do you see as key church expressions?
Vision Focus: Level 3
Level 3: (Under 11) The visionizing part of your life is an area needing growth.
As you grow in this area, it is likely that Jesus will make clearer other matters in your life. This clarity is likely what you seek.
Next steps can include deeper conversations with your regional leader/coach on what the vision of the region is and why it is so. Benefit can also arise form further exploration of the biblical expression of church, particularly as it relates to focused work in the harvest.
